There are plenty of MATLAB scripts (or python) available online to do that.</span></li><li style="background:transparent;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;list-style-type:decimal">
<span style="background:transparent;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt" data-preserver-spaces="true">Suppose you have too many spheres and don't have to write them by hand one by one. You can write a Matlab or (python) script to generate a macro to define your
randomly distributed spherical sources and phantoms according to your generated random positions.</span></li></ol>
