OMEGA should work with scanner-type system, though only with ASCII data now, assuming that five different levels are saved as with cylindricalPET. For non-cylindrical scanners, you'd need to provide your own detector coordinates for the reconstruction though.
ROOT should also be modifiable for scanner, but since I've not simulated such systems, I do not have any data. If you can share your macros, I might be able to investigate it though.</div>

<div dir="ltr">I would like to ask if anyone is aware of an Image reconstruction package which works with the Scanner/PETscanner sytem. From what I found it seems that most of the third party image reconstruction softwares compatible with GATE such as STIR
only work with the cylindricalPET system. </div>
