<div class="">There is a PR for STIR that does allow for the use of more geometries than cylindrical, see #577 <a href="https://github.com/UCL/STIR/pull/577" class="">https://github.com/UCL/STIR/pull/577</a> . I believe there are still some bugs but it is mostly

 complete.</div>
