<div dir="ltr">My suggestion is to convert the ROOT output file into the txt file and filter all scatters you need by MATLAB (with the look up table for ROOT output file format in the GATE instruction file). Then if you still need the ROOT output file you can convert the filtered txt data into ROOT file reversely. We achieved this before, but I am wondering if anyone else has a better solution, like filtering the scatter in ROOT command line work. Good luck!<div><br></div><div>Best,</div><div>Xinjie</div></div><br><div class="gmail_quote"><div dir="ltr" class="gmail_attr">On Mon, Sep 21, 2020 at 6:35 AM SL H <<a href="mailto:hsl1196997465@gmail.com">hsl1196997465@gmail.com</a>> wrote:<br></div><blockquote class="gmail_quote" style="margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204);padding-left:1ex"><div dir="ltr">Dear gate users. <span style="color:rgb(51,51,51);font-family:Arial,"Microsoft YaHei",微软雅黑,宋体,"Malgun Gothic",Meiryo,sans-serif;font-size:14px;font-variant-numeric:normal;font-variant-east-asian:normal;line-height:26px;text-align:justify;background-color:rgb(247,248,250)">I am learning to use GATE for CT simulation, I know that primray+scatter=total (.dat projection).
