<div dir="auto">A few more details world be helpful in answering your question. I assume you are using Linux, correct? If not then I might not be the one to help you, but I'll explain for Linux in case it helps. </div>
<div dir="auto">When you sourced the paths to geant4.sh and this root.sh did you type them as commands in the terminal or add them to the bash script? They should really be added to ~/.bashrc do that they will apply to all sessions, but don't forget to source
your bash script again to the current terminal (type source ~/.bashrc in the terminal) or open a new terminal to proceed . If you have done this then just check that when you replaced "PATH_TO" with the path to the relevant files that it was typed correctly. </div>

I am trying to install new version (v8.2 or 8.2), but I have problem during<br>
the ccmake process.</p>
<p dir="ltr">I already install the followings,</p>
<p dir="ltr">CLHEP : 2.4.1.3<br>
Geant4 : 10.5-p01<br>
ROOT : 6.10.04</p>
<p dir="ltr">I also executed Geant4, ROOT.<br>
And I added the followings,</p>
<p dir="ltr">1. source /PATH_TO/geant4.10.05-install/bin/geant4.sh<br>
2. source /PATH_TO/root_v6.xx/bin/thisroot.sh<br>
</p>
<p dir="ltr">However, When I try ccmake GATE, error (ROOT NOT FOUND!) happens.<br>
(I referred to two pictures!)</p>
<p dir="ltr">I guess the reason is due to CONDITIONS of environments variances..</p>
<p dir="ltr">Please let me get any advice from GATE USERS!!</p>
