<div dir="ltr">Hi All,<div><br></div><div>  I am new to GATE. I simulated a PET system 
and obtained the ROOT file for output. I want to analyze the root file's
 contents. So, I tried to convert it to a text file using the steps in 
the User Guide v7.2. But, I am getting a text file with 0 bytes (empty 
file).  Also, how to run a simulation with step size as 20 ns, analysis for 120 ns and complete system simulation for more than 10 hours? <br></div><div><br></div><div>  Could anyone please guide me on these and provide any tutorial or reference website dedicated for different PET system simulations?</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks & Regards</div><div>Sowmiya<br></div></div>
