If a significant number of abstracts are selected, we would have the possibility to have a dedicated session on GATE.</p><p style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""><br class=""></p><p style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class="">Best regards</p><div class=""><br class=""></div><div class="">Lydia<span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""> </span></div><p style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);" class=""><br class=""><br class="">We are happy to announce that the Third Geant4 International User Conference at the Physics-Medicine-Biology frontier will take place in Bordeaux, France, on October 29-31st, 2018. <br class=""><br class="">This conference will gather during three days developers and users of the Geant4 Monte Carlo general purpose simulation toolkit and Geant4-based tools, such as TOPAS, GATE, etc. It will focus on biological, clinical and other medical applications, including imaging, radiotherapy treatments such as conventional x-ray radiotherapy, brachytherapy, targeted radioimmunotherapy, proton therapy, hadron therapy, radiobiology (including Geant4-DNA), radiation protection, detector development and computing. <br class=""><br class="">Conference attendees will have the possibility to present their work orally during plenary sessions exclusively (no poster sessions).
