For each pixel value I assigned the correct material. The phantom is given as a .dat file, which I tried to turn into a .iff/.img pair. Although this conversion has succeeded, when I try to use the image file as an input for dosimetry calculations with GATE, I get weird looking dose distributions.<br class=""><br class="">Has anyone here used this phantom before in their calculations?
