[Gate-users] Creating projections (*.s) from singles extracted from GATE (GATE_SPECT mode) simulation for STIR reconstruction

Hi Leonid,

I believe there is a function in STIR which could help you create sinogram
files from GATE output .root file. Just check the STIR documentation and
you will see.
