What exactly do you mean by enriched materials?? You can insert any kind of material in GateMaterials.db.

Is it possible to define enriched materials in GATE? I would like to simulate a proton beam in e.g. 50% 18-O enriched water, and score proton-induced activation, to attempt to replicate the TOPAS simulations in this work:
