Dear all,

TL;DR : *do not update* your copy of GateContrib repository, *clone it from
scratch* with
git clone https://github.com/OpenGATE/GateContrib.git

The GateContrib repository has been fully cleaned and updated in order to
remove previous errors related to the use of LFS. LFS is the system that
allows us to store large binary files in the repo, it requires that you
install the git LFS module **before** cloning the repository. In the
previous years, there have been some mistakes (including mine, of course)
that lead to a mess in the history of the repository. Hence, all history of
commits had been to be rewritten ("rebased" in git vocabulary), and you can
not update your local copy with a simple git pull. You need now to re-clone
it from scratch.

Huge thanks to Thomas Baudier that takes care of this really technical
process.

As always, please send us feedback if anything seems wrong.

thanks,
David
