Hello,

there have been several contributions to GATE during the last months. You
will find below a list of all direct contributors to GATE (with at least
one commit), thanks to all ! Please, just complain if someone is missing.

Some of you have asked about how to contribute to Gate. Here is a short
help:

1 - reply to the mailing list
<http://www.opengatecollaboration.org/mailinglist>

2 - contribute to the documentation: ask a login/password
<http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Special:UserLogin>  and
modify the documentation on the wiki
<http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/>

3 - bug report <https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate/issues>

4 - for source code addition/bug hunting.

- start by copying the Gate public repository from github:
https://github.com/OpenGATE/Gate.
- create a specific branch on your repository copy and commit your
modifications in that branch.
- once your code is ok, 1) ask for pull-request
<https://help.github.com/articles/using-pull-requests/>, 2) provide an
example that test your new feature and 3) prepare to write the
documentation.
- inform everyone on the mailing list such that someone from the
collaboration could contact you and integrate your change in the main
repository. Please be aware that this step could take some times ;)

5 - interesting in a long term participation? Why not join the
collaboration? Read some documentation
<http://www.opengatecollaboration.org/SCmembers> about the collaboration
and contact us.

Sincerely,
the Opengate collaboration
