Hello Babak,

 

 For 3 PCs you don’t really need to install extra programs to run GATE on
your  cluster, only you have to do is running GATE separately for each PC,
with different seed(/gate/random/setEngineSeed auto) then you sum your
results.

 

Or you can install qsub  or MPI tools for Linux to make cluster and to
submit your jobs. This is useful links should give you what you need:

Dear GATE User,

Hi

Can anyone explain me basically how can i make a simple cluster with 2  or 3
ordinary PC's for running my GATE simulation faster? which program I must
install and how connect PC's together?

now I installed GATE6.2 on Ubuntu 12.04  and it works good.
