the 0 keV energy is the energy of the positron that will annihilate in the
same place it was produced.
fortunately I've fixed the problem by myself! in the version 6 you have to
specify the process:

/gate/physics/addProcess RadioactiveDecay

in the physics list, although you have already specified that the ion is
unstable.
