To answer my own question...

It is as simple as passing a different 'clusterplatform' parameter to 
the bin.  You are given a .submit file which is suitable for passing 
work to one node on your cluster, in segments ( as defined by another 
parameter ). 

If you want to pass a different segment to a different node, you have to 
write your own script which takes each job segment from the .submit and 
creates a seperate job file.  Then throw this at SGE to handle the load 
management.
