[Gate-users] Light transport in the detector

I would like to do the following. If this is possible with GATE
simulation, please let me know.
 
In a cystal block detector, when a gamma ray deposits the energy, a user
can generates a certain number of scintillations lights with a certaion
energy and directional distribution. And, then tracking them until they
get out of the block detector.  Basically, I would like to use a photon
transport functionality. During the transport of a photon, a user can
interfere with its reflection and aborption probability.
