Dear GATE Users,

I faced a bug(?) due to the incompatibility of ROOT and FedoraCore6 Which
Finally found just one text in the WEB giving the answer. The problem arises
during root installation
*(TProofDraw.h:226: error: parse error in template argument list)* and the
solution was mentioned here in this link:

Now I encountered a new problem when I ran my macro or any other
examples like benchmarkPET:

****** COMMAND NOT FOUND </gate/output/root/setFileName benchmarkPET> *****
***** Command ignored ******
There was no problem during root installation and also the initial check
before the GATE run confirms ROOT is enabled:
*Checking your LD_LIBRARY_PATH variable...
==> OK: /root/root/lib is already in your LD_LIBRARY_PATH
Use of ROOT enabled
ROOT real-time plotter enabled

It would be highly appreciated if you can help me. I could not find any
helpful text in the WEB.

Warmest Regards,
Parham Geramifar
