[gate-users] Binning sinograms by scatter?

Hi Claude, Eric,

How about directly modifying the code src/GateToRoot.cc or src/GateToASCII.cc?
This will enable the list mode data output availible for all scanner types, I
think.

BTW, in this way, we may further develop common modules for list mode data binning
processing.
