If I want this in Amide, I load the image data via 'Raw Data' and
set planes to '1' and the number of frames equal to the number of
planes in the image file.<br>
<br>
Any ROI drawn on the image can then be applied to all 'frames' (in
this case planes), and then save the data.<br>
