<div dir="ltr">Dear Gate users,<div><br></div><div style>can anybody tell me if it is possible to use the GPU functionality in combination with the RTPhantom for real-time motion management? </div><div style><br></div><div style>If I understand correctly, the RTPhantom requires two types of files act_*.bin and atn_*.bin that I specify by naming the base-name and pointing to the header file. It then gets attached to both the phantom matrix and the voxelized source and automatically loads the images. However, it seems that for using the GPU functionality with GPUEmisTomo-source I need to provide a *.i33 interfile using the interfile-reader.</div><div style><br></div><div style>Has anyone else run into this problem or can think of a workaround? How can I tell Gate to use the RTPhantom data for the GPUEmisTomo-source?</div><div style><br></div><div style><br></div><div style>Thanks in advance,</div><div style><br></div><div style>Mirco</div><br clear="all"><div><br></div>-- <br><div class="gmail_signature"><div dir="ltr"><font size="-1"><b>Mirco Heß</b><br>
