How is the root file
".../examples/example_Radiotherapy/example3/data/linac-beam.root"
generated ?<br>
It only take space 4.7MB,and look like has lots of particles and
many branches.<br>

And,as the example3 shown , It genarate a root file of 13.6M,only
include 599101 photons.<br>
