Hello Gate users,
I would appreciate some information for a SPECT simulation. I am simulating a SPECT study with camera rotation and with slice duration 0.2 sec. The duration of the simulation of one slice is around 5 hours. This protocol is a sub scale of the proper protocol where the slice duration is 20 sec.

In order to simulate the proper protocol and fast I was thinking to split each 20 sec slice in 100 parts of 0.2 sec and run them simultaneously in a cluster, but if I try this I should put timeStart and timeEnd parameters in my macro smaller than the timeSlice parameter.

So I would like to ask if someone knows if it's going to ruin the simulation or no, and also if there is another way to make this simulation. Thank you.

Best regards,
Konstantinos
