I am trying to run <div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;display:inline" class="gmail_default">the </div>flu<div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;display:inline" class="gmail_default">or</div>escence files in the tar ball<div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;display:inline" class="gmail_default">
on this email</div>, but I'm not able to see any data in the interfile output.</div><div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div>
<div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif">I am running the files using /control/execute fluorescence.mac in the Gate prompt. I'm using AMIDE to read the hdr and bin interfile (Fluorescence-ProjectionSet_skin). </div>
<div style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif"><br></div><div><font face="tahoma, sans-serif">Is this the right way to run the system or am I doing something wrong? </font></div><div>

Where is this folder exactly in vGate?</div>
