I did not find any solution to this on the forum.<br><br>As a result, I'm writing C code to generating coincidence data based on hits data in the root output. I have personally found that I don't like how Gate generates singles output based on the hits output - it doesn't seem to handle inter-crystal events properly. If you are OK with ignoring this effect, then you may want to look into looping over the singles data and generating your own coincidence data.<br>
