<div dir="ltr">Hello Maryam, <div><br></div><div>(please always use the mailing list, because 1) we cannot reply to all emails and 2) it allows to reduce a bit the number of times that the same questions are asked.)</div><div>
<br></div><div>You can find some information in the section "Alternative usage of voxelized geometry" of the page <a href="http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Users_Guide_V6.2:Voxelized_Source_and_Phantom">http://wiki.opengatecollaboration.org/index.php/Users_Guide_V6.2:Voxelized_Source_and_Phantom</a>. I recommend that you use mhd/raw image file format. As indicated, you can use <a href="http://vv.creatis.insa-lyon.fr">vv.creatis.insa-lyon.fr</a> or other software to convert dicom to or from mhd/raw file format. </div>
