Hello,

I wanted to add something else. I uncovered today. When I initialize the simulation, my geometry becomes visible. Is this normal? If I remove the initialization, the geometry remains hidden. In fact I can see the world, for example if I set material property to air, but I cannot see system elements.

When I do /gate/run/initialize. The volumes are then rendered. Is this correct?

Regarding the fonts you might want to check this link www.oreillynet.com/linux/blog/2008/02/where_did_the_courier_and_helv_1.html

People who had similar problems claimed this world. You will need to edit the xml file using gksudo gedit command.

All of that said, I could not get the messages to go away (after installing Adobe Reader etc), maybe you will have more luck.
