During Compton interaction, a gamma gives part of its energy to an electron. This electron deposits his energy in the medium by "ElectronIonisation" physics process of GEANT4. I'm using Gate v6.0 but I think it's the same process name. So if you want to know the deposited energy by the Compton, look at the deposited energy by the related electron of the Compton interaction (thanks to trackID/parentID leaf in ROOT for example...).
