Hi Sebnem,<br><br>The message "Illegal application state blablabla" is send by Geant4 while a command can not be executed in the current G4State.<br>Before the command /run/initialize, you HAVE TO define geometry stuff and physics stuff.<br>
After this command, and only after it, you can define the sources, else it rises an "illegal state of application".<br>And you CAN NOT define geometry stuff after this command.<br><br>Hope it solves your problem !<br>
