This code was tested on GATEV4 and GATEV5 with geant4 9.1 and 9.2, root 5.22 in a hp dv6000 series laptop with Ubuntu 8.04, and Scientific Linux 5. Let me know if this helps you. G4SmartVoxelHeader: :BuildNodes() Daughter physical volume fantomVoxel_PVP is entirely outside mother logical volume fantom_L !! *** G4Exception : InvalidSetup issued by : G4SmartVoxelHeader: :BuildNodes() Overlapping daughter with mother volume. *** Fatal Exception *** core dump *** I have replaced "parameterizedBoxMatrix" with "regularMatrix" as suggested by Jan Mickelle V.
