Hi Marlen,

Firstable, lmf source code is available on the gate website on the download page. Then in the gate users manual, you have all informations about the storage of singles (what data you want to store, etc...), but for the coincidences it doesn't work. So if you want to store coincidences you will have to modify the GateToLMF class and the 2 methods (fillCoinciRecordForGate and LMFCbuilder) in the LMF library (see in src directory of lmf source code). If you have some notions in C++ language you will not have any problem.

Good luck !
Simon

2007/7/20, Marlen Sellesk <m.sellesk@fzd.de>:

Hello Gate-Users,

I'm searching for more information about lmf-data-output.
In the User's Guide there are to different links (
http://www-lphe.epfl.ch/GATE/LMF/
and
http://opengatecollaboration.healthgrid.org/LMF/ respectively), but both
of them don't work.
Can anybody tell me, where to find detailed information about
lmf-output, e.g. how to store, read and analyse data (find coincidences,
read volumeID's of the detector,...).

Thanks in advance.

Marlen

_______________________________________________
Gate-users mailing list
