Hi Roberta,<br><br>The output file of the former simulation should be named 'gate.root' (default name for DigiGate). When you run DigiGate, it searches for 'gate.root' file and reads the hits information from it.

I cannot analyze the new root output file with my usual program to sort trues, scatter, random and prompts coincidences as they all are 'zero'. Do I need to move or copy the hits file of the former simulation somewhere else ? The new root output file is very little with respect to the former one but I think it's normal as it does not contain hits information, isn'it ?
