The output file is in binary format (4 bytes floats) with the dose in cGy. Did you use the <I>attachVoxelPhantomSD </I>command (and not <I>attachPhantomSD</I>) ? Did you add an ouput module to collect dose ?<BR>

If you used the right commands, did you look for any error message ? The voxellized phantom is described in the User’s Guide (pp.84-87).<BR>

When I try to collect dose deposited in a voxellized phantom, the output file I obtain is in Plain Text format and therefore I cannot do any analysis on it. Has anyone had a similar problem? I would greatly appreciate some help if someone knows why this is happening. <BR>
