The meaning of the “a b c d parameters” are: red, green, blue, alpha. They are values between 0 and 1. Alpha controls transparency (0-transparent, 1-opaque) and is supported only by some viewers. G4RayTracer is one of them.<BR>

The 'material' voxels are those for which lld < voxels < uld where the "material" is defined in GateMaterials.db<BR>

The flag indicates whether to display the phantom when visualising the 'a,b,c,d' parameters are related to the colour/line-style/line-width etc. to display the material. I don't have the exact details for that right now.<BR>
